We will never share your info with anyone else. Ever. Period. We don't share names, addresses, emails, or phone numbers for any reason! Ever!
We have a returns policy. In order to reduce the amount of shipping waste, we will now only allow exchanges or store credit with returns. We will only accept return requests within 30 days of purchase. If unsure about sizing, feel free to email us. Also, we try to be as specific as possible with our descriptions, to ensure you get the perfect size as desired. You may return most new items in perfect condition within 30 days of delivery for another size or store credit in the amount of the item (we are unable to refund shipping costs unless it is our fault- item is defective, i.e. has a hole, sewing issue, or has broken zipper for instance). We do not consider fit issues to be a product defect as all bodies are different. We'll reimburse the shipping or pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your replacement or store credit within four weeks of receipt of returned merchandise, however, in many cases you will receive replacements or credit more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your exchange or store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
We do recommend shipping the item back with insurance (UPS provides it automatically), to ensure that it gets here. We cannot refund items that are lost in the mail.
We can only ship to the United States at this time. Shipping will be First Class Mail with tracking, USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on the item's dimensions and weight. We will try our best to give you the best rates we can, because we love our customers!
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will normally be rounded up to the next full pound.
We do not do price adjustments on items which go on sale after order is placed. Also, all sales/coupons/cart level discounts only apply to in-stock merchandise, no rain checks, no price adjustments.
Also, any discount of 30% or more is not eligible for return or exchange. This is considered clearance. Thanks for your business!
If you place an order and then wish to cancel it, we will charge a restocking fee of $5 if it is already packed and ready to ship as this costs us time and we have to refund shipping labels as well as payment method.
