Refund policy
Valued customers- we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, for store credit, or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, unwashed, stain-free and folded neatly- not balled up, inside out, damaged, or smelling of perfumes, etc. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You may ship it back in the original packaging if it's in usable condition, or any packaging you choose, but it must be in perfect condition when we receive it so please take care when packing it. You are free to ship it via the carrier of your choice (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx). Sending it with a tracking number also helps to ensure nothing happens during the delivery of the returned item. Store credit or refunds will be issued, less shipping fee (what we spent on shipping, not necessarily what buyer paid, since we often issue free shipping) within a week of receipt of undamaged item.
***Please note that everything purchased at a discount of 30% or more is ineligible for return, whether it's a clearance item or a coupon. The exceptions are if the item is damaged or if it's not the item ordered.
We will issue store credit for returns upon their receipt and inspection by our team. We encourage you to not order an item in multiple sizes with the intention of returning them. Please contact us before ordering if you're not sure which size to order. This is to reduce environmental and financial waste incurred by extra, unnecessary shipping, restocking, etc.
*You will be charged a re-stocking fee of up to $50 (depending on the value of the item) if items smell of strong perfume, have any stains, or are extremely wrinkled & not in a condition to be re-sold.

If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs. If it's an exchange, we will cover the shipping of the new item to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We may charge a re-stocking fee if several items are returned without contacting us first, to account for the time spent re-stocking everything.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will pay for return shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Clearance items (those discounted 30% or more, usually labeled in their Descriptions or the Category headings) as well as items purchased with coupons featuring discounts of 30% or more are not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. At this time we are not shipping to the European union, but please contact us for more info if you'd like an order shipped there.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued store credit within 10 business days, minus a possible re-stocking fee if item is not in pristine condition.
