Shipping policy

Shipping Times

Blue Platypus ships Monday-Friday (except on holidays).  Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed in addition to the shipment time period. If you need your order faster than that, please send us an email at bluescooterllc@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

At this time we are only shipping to the US and Canada.  To request international ordering other than that, please contact us via email, at bluescooterllc@gmail.com

Shipping rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on package weight/dimensions.   

If for some reason you are unavailable to receive shipment of your package, Blue Platypus Clothing is not responsible for the cost of re-shipping your package.

 

Tracking

Please note that the customer is responsible for tracking their package. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment (if for some reason you have not received your tracking info within two business days of placing your order, please check your junk mail folder and please contact us).
