Fabric is very stretchy, and this neckline looks great on everyone from Jackies to Marilyns.  We have been asked by everyone to re-produce this style which we hadn't made in over 3 years!  

Skirt is fairly a-line from natural waist, so go by bust & waist rather than hip measurements, in general.
